To ensure all customers are delighted with their jewellery, Tomani Design accepts returns for orders purchased in the online boutique within 14 days of delivery.

To return the purchased products:
Email us, and we will send you the return form.
Send it along with the proof of purchase to the following address:
Tomani Designe Spolka Z Ograniczona Odpowiedzialnoscia, Bojano, Poland

The returned product must not show signs of use and must be packed in the original packaging.

The cost of sending the jewellery to the Tomani Design studio is covered by the customer.

Jewellery purchased in stationary boutiques cannot be returned.

To exchange a product, it must be returned, and a new order placed.
